Turner & Townsend in Italy is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Cost Manager to join our Cost Management team. You will lead the cost management process on ambitious projects and take ownership of budgets from initial planning to closeout.

The role requires strong English, with Italian advantageous, and extensive experience in high-tech, manufacturing, or data centre facilities. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential.

Competenze

• Strong English skills required; Italian advantageous.
• CM: 5+ years; SCM: 10+ years and above.
• Good knowledge of construction procurement methods.
• Experience with estimating tools and databases.
• Collaborative approach with clients and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Oversee the entire cost management process from initial budget development to final project closeout.
• Collaborate with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports.
• Conduct cost analyses and recommend strategies to optimize project budgets.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost control measures.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and monitor implementation.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to drive cost efficiency.
