RINA is seeking a Construction Safety Senior Engineer in Genova to oversee safety across infrastructure construction operations. The role reports to the Principal Engineer and focuses on implementing safety processes, equipment safety, and training compliance at construction sites.

The candidate will conduct site inspections, develop corrective actions, and prepare safety plans and technical reports while ensuring adherence to Italian safety laws and company policies.

Competenze

• Mandatory: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Environment or Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction safety management experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA and related standards.

Mansioni

• Identify and mitigate safety risks on construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and develop corrective actions.
• Assist in developing project-specific safety plans and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures.
