Saipem in Milano is seeking a Construction Manager Plant to ensure time, cost, quality and safety targets are met on large-scale infrastructure projects; you will lead the site construction team and coordinate with project organization, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

The role requires a Master's or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience with RC/PC and steel structures, and English at B2.

Competenze

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in RC/PC and steel structures.
• English at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Oversee the site quality control plan and maintain standards.
• Manage the construction budget and cash flow.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Director/Manager.
• Coordinate contractual documents and ensure compliance.
• Supervise on-site activities per specs, safety regs, timelines.
• Facilitate communication among contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Identify risks and mitigate construction challenges.
• Promote safety and quality culture and training.
