TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Senior Composite Design Engineer to drive the design and development of performance-critical composite components for the F1 car. You will own projects from concept through race introduction, collaborating with engineering and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in professional motorsport, strong CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and FEA experience, and a relentless focus on vehicle performance and quality.

Formación

• Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in motorsport design.
• Strong knowledge of composite component design and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE and FEA analysis.

• Design and develop composite components for the Formula 1 car.
