TGR Haas F1 Team, based in Maranello, Italy, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to support component development and race introduction. You will design and develop F1 car components and drive continuous improvement with a focus on performance.

The role reports to the Deputy Head of Composite Design and requires strong collaboration with race operations, including travel to race events as needed.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional motorsports environment with design experience.
• Some FEA experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Collaborate in planning and strategy of component development and race introduction.
• Design and development of F1 car components.
• Seek continuous improvement in design of components with focus on car performance.
• Contribute to composite design projects from concept to completion.
• Liaise with Race Team concerning reliability and design revisions.
• Carry out day-to-day tasks within agreed timescales.
