Maison Valentino is seeking a Client Advisor for the Venezia store to embody the brand values and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and strive for sales excellence across all client touchpoints, including walks-in and private appointments.

You will maintain expert knowledge of Valentino products and storytelling, ensuring top-tier service while collaborating with the store team to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior brand representative embodying Valentino values and the client experience across stages from preparation to retention.
• Strong client engagement and ability to mentor junior staff to achieve sales performance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Valentino creations and storytelling to inform staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual sales targets and drive store sales through proactive client engagement.
• Master KPIs and use styling techniques to increase average ticket size.
• Engage and retain existing clients and recruit new ones across walk-ins, private appointments, distance sales, and partnerships.
• Collect data from new clients while maintaining and updating the client database.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and support cycle counts, stock takes, and product receiving.
