LVMH Group in Milano is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to act as an ambassador of the Brand and guide clients across the Brand, ensuring an exceptional journey.

You will role model to the team and support Management in operations to strive for excellence within the Store, focusing on clienteling, sales leadership, and adherence to policy.

This position emphasizes communication, clienteling skills, and a proactive attitude to develop long-term client relationships and drive business.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand.

You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, guiding them across the Brand and ensuring the best Client Experience for every Client’s journey within the Brand.

You will be a role model to the team supporting your Management Team in operational duties to strive for Operational Excellence within the Store.
