Qualifications

• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment.
• HACCP certification.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlet.
• Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience during service.
• Assist the head sommelier during the service.
• Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets.
