Jd.Com, Bari, Italy, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Logistics to conduct in-depth research on overseas market dynamics, monitor regulatory changes, and support strategic decision-making for international operations.

You will partner with the overseas business team on fundraising and project analysis, evaluating ROI and cost-effectiveness, while translating complex data into executive-ready reports for cross-functional stakeholders.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably with exposure to overseas markets, cross-border projects, or fundraising/investment processes.
• Strong command of financial analysis methods (e.g., NPV, IRR, payback period, break-even analysis) and proficiency in Excel/PPT; familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is a plus.
• Solid understanding of industry research frameworks, competitive intelligence gathering, and regulatory landscape monitoring. Able to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready reports.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions (finance, legal, operations, business development) and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and structured thinker—capable of driving projects from problem definition to actionable recommendations with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.

• Conduct in - depth research on overseas market dynamics, closely monitor changes in industry policies and regulations, competitor trends, and market demand trends. Regularly write detailed market analysis reports to provide a strong basis for the company's strategic decision - making in overseas markets.
• Participate in the full - process analysis of overseas fundraising projects, from the feasibility study in the early stage of the project, to the design and evaluation of fundraising plans in the middle stage, and then to the analysis of project implementation effects in the later stage, providing professional business analysis support. Use financial analysis methods to calculate and evaluate key indicators such as the return on investment and cost - effectiveness of the project, ensuring the feasibility and profitability of fundraising projects.
• Collaborate closely with the overseas business team to deeply explore business needs and provide customized business analysis solutions. Through the review and optimization of business processes, identify potential risk points and improvement opportunities, and put forward practical optimization suggestions to promote the continuous growth of overseas business.

About You
