RINA is recruiting a Senior BMS Engineer to join its Civil Engineering Division in Genoa or Catania. You will be part of a multidisciplinary Building MEP team, designing and developing instrumentation and control systems for Data Center facilities across the full project lifecycle.

You will prepare conceptual and detailed designs, support retrofit, construction, verification, and commissioning, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure BMS compliance with standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience in building engineering / MEP projects.
• Proficiency in designing and developing BMS within MEP frameworks (power, lighting, low-voltage).
• Experience with design of critical electrical infrastructure for data centers (UPS, generators, redundancy).
• Familiar with international and local electrical codes & EPBD/SRI related standards.
• Fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Lead conceptual and detailed BMS design for building projects, especially Data Centers.
• Develop technical specifications and design documentation across full lifecycle.
• Support retrofit, verification, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural teams, clients, and vendors.
• Contribute to energy efficiency analyses and building performance improvements.
