Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Benefits in Italy. The role focuses on building the infrastructure powering benefits administration globally, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution and AI-assisted tooling.

You will own cross-functional programs, drive complex integrations with carriers, HRIS, and payroll systems, and shape a provider-agnostic platform across multiple employment models and countries.

Competenze

• Significant experience as a Product Manager owning complex third-party integrations.
• Strong product strategy with ability to translate technical/operational challenges into roadmaps.
• Provider-agnostic mindset for ecosystems including HRIS, brokers, carriers, and external providers.
• Proficiency with Cursor and/or Claude Code to prototype and ship functional code or tools.

Mansioni

• Define and own the benefits infrastructure strategy with near-term integrations and long-term vision.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through migration and optimization.
• Oversee migration of benefit costs to unified payroll infrastructure and enable BYO-broker capabilities.
• Ensure data integrity and testing processes with Engineering and operations.
