Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Senior Social Media Project Manager for a remote-first, one-year contract. You will shape and execute social media programs while coordinating high-visibility campaigns and broader communications projects across global teams.

You’ll connect social, content, creative, marketing, PR, analytics, and external collaborators; lead kickoffs and retrospectives; build workflows in Asana; monitor risks and dependencies; and ensure on-time delivery within scope while

Competenze

4+ years of experience in social media project management or a related role.
Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

Plan and deliver evergreen social initiatives, campaigns and related communications projects.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors across social, content, creative, marketing, PR, analytics and external partners.
Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives to maintain momentum.
Build and maintain project workflows in Asana, tracking deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Identify roadblocks and risks, escalating issues and proposing practical solutions.
Prioritize initiatives with leadership to align resources and timelines.
