Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager EMEA based in Italy for a fully remote, contract-based role. You will lead enterprise client onboarding, API integrations, and campaign execution across a fast-growing messaging platform.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Support to drive successful launches and scalable processes. You will manage multiple clients, define KPIs, monitor timelines, and mitigate risks in a dynamic global environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS or fast-paced digital environments.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise clients and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise clients, including WhatsApp Business Account setup and API integrations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts and template approvals.
• Serve as primary project contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients and manage escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Engineering, Sales and Support teams.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain documentation, timelines and KPIs.
• Identify risks, blockers and areas for process improvements; drive scalable playbooks.
