Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Base Operations Support (BOS) projects under supervision. You will manage trades, staff, and subcontractors, directing planning, budgeting, and execution of complex contracts.

You will ensure compliance with federal regulations, supervise personnel, and drive project success through clear communication and strategic problem solving. OSHA 10 is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business admin, accounting, engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience as a program/project manager on large BOS-type programs.
• Experience in government contracting and financial administration.
• Knowledge of U.S. government procurement regulations and labor law.
• Must pass OSHA 10 hour safety course.
• Experience managing, supervising and training multiple individuals and subcontractors.
• Excellent management and employee relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Projects.
• Ability to pass government background screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and special BOS projects.
• Plan, direct, and budget for assigned contract.
• Manage administrative functions and review contract submittals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, staff, trades and crafts.
• Monitor budgets and reconcile proposals with new projects.
• Address customer and employee complaints and plan long-range BOS work.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety requirements.
• Schedule work activities and ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
