Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects, ensure schedule adherence, manage costs, and enforce safety requirements across all phases of the program.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a demanding environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, construction science, or building construction from an accredited college or university.
• Certification in PE/RA/CCM/PMP/CFM is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of construction management processes and safety standards.

Mansioni

• Apply construction concepts and supervise multi-disciplinary construction operations.
• Review technical specifications and contract documents for changes.
• Manage schedule, budget, and earned value reporting.
• Monitor projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Report progress and recommendations to Government personnel in fluent English.
