Serco Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead PORTS program efforts supporting Navy training systems. You will coordinate between the Program Manager, customers, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires a US citizen capable of obtaining DoD clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of management experience including P&L responsibilities. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Experience with software development projects a plus.
• Must be a US citizen able to obtain DoD clearance.
• Proficient with MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as liaison between Program Manager, Customer and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, work products, schedules; prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
