Antonioli Group cerca un Senior Bartender per Sogni a Milano, per offrire un servizio di altissimo livello in orari serali. Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza nel mescolare cocktail classici e innovativi, ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di miscelazione e attenzione al cliente.

La posizione prevede orario serale, contratto a tempo pieno e retribuzione in linea con l'esperienza (RAL 30.000–34.000€). Si richiede inglese fluente, spirito di squadra e ottime capacità comunicative.

Qualifications

• 3–5 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ruolo.
• Conoscenza di preparazione, guarnizioni e servizio di drink.
• Fluenza in inglese per interagire con clienti internazionali.
• Attitudine positiva e buone doti comunicative.
• Capacità di mantenere il bar organizzato, rifornito e pulito.

Responsibilities

• Preparare bevande alcoliche o analcoliche.
• Interagire con i clienti, prendere ordini e servire snack e drink.
• Valutare esigenze e preferenze dei clienti e proporre opzioni.
• Mescolare ingredienti per cocktail.
• Pianificare e presentare il menù del bar.
• Rifornire e mantenere l'inventario del bar.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our Senior Bartender is able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs, expectations and desires, in line with Antonioli Group's standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture provide an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Passion involving cocktails
• Teamwork oriented
• Fluency in English
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Computer literacy
• Mixology training certificate is a plus
• 3/5 years' previous experience in the role

We offer a full-time job mainly on evening shifts.

Salary based on previous experience, RAL between 30.000€ and 34.000€
