Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam seeks a Business Functional Analyst to help a major banking client enhance KYC and account opening workflows. You will translate regulatory changes into business requirements, align globally across 7 locations, and prepare senior management communications.

You will work with Java, REST APIs, Oracle and analytical tools, document in Confluence/Jira, and support SIT/UAT and production issue resolution to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of expertise in KYC/account opening in Wealth Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across international teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Avaloq Core Banking is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory changes into business requirements and functional specifications.
• Create and execute roadmaps for solution development and implementation.
• Present timelines and statuses to senior management with a Product Owner.
• Align requirements across CE, GER, APAC and US regions.
• Manage product backlogs and support pre-go-live change management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, implement, and maintain solutions.
• Document requirements in Confluence and Jira.
• Handle production issues and drive timely resolution.
