Job summary

Airswift seeks a Medior/Junior IT Business Analyst to work remotely from Europe on a freelance basis, translating banking regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications and documenting business needs for IT delivery.

You will produce user stories, use cases, and process flows, and coordinate with project management to align requirements with complex IT architectures. English and local languages are required.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging stakeholders in banking environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Fluent in Italian, Romanian or Bulgarian, and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders in banking to translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to eIDAS compliance and digital identity workflows.
• Produce detailed user stories, use cases, and process flows to support IT delivery.
• Navigate complex IT architectures to ensure requirements align with technical constraints.
• Work with project management and ticketing tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence).
