Job summary

Qonto seeks a Staff Data Analyst for Ops & Compliance to build analytics foundations powering compliance execution. You will own KYC/KYB funnel analytics, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure while collaborating with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control under Alma.

You will develop self‑service analytics, transform data with dbt, and drive insights across the team to move decisions faster in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment (KYC/KYB, AML)
• Ability to design self‑service dashboards for end users
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills, with end‑to‑end pipelines
• Collaborative work with product, ops, risk & compliance, and internal control
• English fluency required

Responsibilities

• Build compliance process monitoring from scratch and own data infra
• Model and transform data with dbt and ensure trust in metrics
• Turn regulatory questions into self‑service analytical assets
• Own KYC/KYB funnel analytics from CS initiation to validation and leakage reasons
• Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure including MRR impact
