Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Field Service Representative to serve as the customer’s regional technical contact in Rome, Italy. The role involves delivering timely, professional solutions for Gulfstream aircraft issues, with coordination across TechOps, COR, and customer teams.

The position requires an A&P license or equivalent, fluency in English, and the ability to reside in Rome or EU countries without visa sponsorship. International travel up to 75% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation maintenance or related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• 5 years combined experience; A&P license preferred.

Mansioni

• Technical expert providing customer Aircraft On Ground (AOG) & non-AOG support in person or via phone/email.
• Coordinate with TechOps, FAST, vendor reps, and customer to resolve issues.
• Serve as SME in local customs to resolve technical support events.
• Escalate sensitive issues to GAC Management for mutual resolutions.
• Provide guidance on installation, service, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
