Job summary

Kroll's Transaction Advisory Services provides financial due diligence and deal execution. As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions.

The role offers a steep learning curve with direct exposure to senior members of the team and clients in a dynamic and international environment, providing hands-on modeling

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams.
• Flexibility to travel, as required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities
• Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
• Contributing to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends
• Contributing to report-writing and client deliverables
• Supporting, assisting and training junior members of the team
