Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in financial due diligence or audit within M&A Due Diligence of a Big Four or similar organization.
• Track record on multiple financial due diligence projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong financial modelling.

• Support acquisitions from evaluation through closing and post-deal integration
• Collaborate with Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development
• Analyze target financial performance, profitability, and operations to assess quality and growth potential
• Evaluate balance sheet components such as net working capital and net financial debt
• Identify financial risks and areas for further investigation during due diligence
• Provide insights on transaction structures, purchase price adjustments, and SPA negotiations
• Support integration activities to maximise value after acquisitions
• Work with Finance, Legal, Strategy, and Integration teams
