Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to help clients meet complex financial reporting and tax requirements by combining technical valuation expertise with strong industry knowledge. The role emphasizes independence, integrity, and building client relationships while contributing to the development of valuation standards.

You will perform analyses, interview clients, assess financial statements, and select valuation methods accordingly.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance) or MBA

• Perform valuation analysis for private and public clients.
• Interview clients to gather data for engagements.
• Analyse financial statements and business plans.
• Apply appropriate valuation approaches per context.
• Prepare and present analysis results clearly and concisely.
