Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Architect, Enterprise Agentic Automation based in Italy to lead design and delivery of enterprise automation initiatives. You will shape patterns, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive value from discovery through production in an AI-first environment.

You will own architecture across AI agents, rules, and people, coordinating with engineers and business owners to realize measurable business impact. Remote-first with strong collaboration expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting with engineering background.
• Proven track record delivering technical solutions for business stakeholders or customers.
• Experience leading process orchestration from discovery through production.
• Strong business analysis and process management capabilities.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and translating requirements into robust designs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic automation initiatives from discovery to production and value realization.
• Lead discovery workshops with process owners to assess workflows and define target processes.
• Determine orchestration of AI agents, business rules, and human intervention across processes.
• Translate target processes into engineering requirements, epics, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Design enterprise solutions aligned with reference architecture and introduce new patterns.
• Coordinate technical delivery with engineers, managing priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders, communicate progress, and enable timely decisions.
• Define and monitor measurable value for each initiative and delivery increment.
• Incorporate delivery insights into architecture, methodology, and ongoing improvements.
