OBR Open Building Research seeks a Senior Architect with at least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering complex architectural projects, and strong technical design skills.

The candidate will align with OBR's design approach, contribute to ongoing architectural research and development, and collaborate across a multidisciplinary Design Team. Advanced knowledge of Revit/BIM and AutoCAD is required.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with the Design Manager and Design Team throughout all phases of design and project development.
• Contribute to the production and coordination of architectural design and construction documents.
• Interface with consultants and contractors through all stages of project development.
• Review construction documents developed by contractors.
• Verify compliance with technical specifications and applicable codes and regulations.
• Support site activities and technical coordination as required.
• Contribute to ensuring that the works adhere to OBR's design intent.
