Tectoo is seeking an experienced Architect / BIM Architect in Milan to lead architectural design and BIM execution. You will manage Revit projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and develop detailed design packages throughout complex projects.

Applicants should have a strong background in architecture and extensive BIM workflow experience, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Dynamo, plus English and Italian language skills.

Competenze

• Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering/Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, families, parameters and documentation
• Experience in medium- to large-scale projects through detailed and executive design
• Good understanding of construction technologies and architectural detailing
• Good knowledge of English and Italian

We are looking for an experienced Architect / BIM Architect with a strong architectural background and advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit and BIM-based project delivery.

The ideal candidate combines design sensitivity, technical knowledge and strong BIM skills, with experience in residential, hospitality and student housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Development and coordination of architectural projects in Revit
• Management and quality control of architectural BIM models
• Multidisciplinary coordination with structural, MEP and specialist consultants
• Development of detailed and executive design packages
• Definition and implementation of BIM standards, templates and workflows
• Support and coordination of junior team members

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is first and foremost an architect, but can also act as a strong BIM reference within the project team.
