STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to define specifications for Discrete and Intelligent Power Modules based on SiC, GaN, IGBT, and MOSFET technologies. You will own the product development lifecycle, from early definition to comprehensive testing, and support Marketing and Sales with technical guidance.

You will develop system and architectural expertise, validate electrical parameters, and create dedicated test boards.

Competenze

• Power electronics and analog electronics expertise.
• Bench characterization and lab instrumentation skills.
• System architecture understanding and PCB design tooling.

Mansioni

• Define specifications for new Discrete and Intelligent Power Modules (SiC, GaN, IGBT, MOSFET).
• Own product development from definition to testing and validation.
• Provide technical support to Marketing and Sales during promotions.
• Develop demo boards, simulations, and technical documentation.
