Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Android Engineer in Milan to build and ship high-quality native Android features for health-focused products. You will work closely with backend, firmware, and ML teams, crafting the primary mobile interface for Eight Sleep devices and ensuring a smooth, high-performance user experience.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Android experience, deep Kotlin skills, Jetpack Compose, and a track record of enterprise-grade app development.

Competenze

• 6+ years of shipping high-quality features for native Android apps.
• Fluent proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, and MVI.
• Experience building scalable, testable enterprise-grade apps.
• Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining a focus on stability.
• Proficiency in building custom UI components in Compose.
• Experience building software for hardware products, particularly in the health/medical field.
• Experience working with health-related apps and peripherals.
• Ability to work onsite at the Milan office 5 days a week.
