Bitrock, a Milan-based company, seeks an Android engineer to design and develop native apps using Kotlin or Java. You will work with RESTful APIs and modern libraries like Retrofit, Glide and Dagger/Hilt, while leveraging Room/Realm databases. Strong knowledge of Coroutines and RxJava, Gradle, and Git is expected.

English proficiency is a plus in our collaborative environment. You will join a dynamic team to grow skills, contribute to high-quality mobile solutions, and participate in agile

Competenze

• Design and develop Android native applications using Kotlin or Java.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and modern Android libraries.
• Experience with Retrofit, Glide, Dagger/Hilt, Room/Realm.

What you will do:

In this role you will improve your abilities with different frameworks and you will join a young team of developers who will be happy to share with you their knowledge, passions and enthusiasm. You will design and develop Android native applications working with Kotlin or Java

What we need from you:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge with framework as Retrofit, Glide, Dagger/Hilt
• Familiarity with Room / Realm / other DB
• Knowledge Coroutines and/or RxJava
• Familiarity with gradle
• Distributed scm software such as Git

Nice to have:

• Knowledge Jetpack Compose
• Knowledge CI/CD tools
• React Native, Flutter and other hybrid frameworks
• Written and spoken English
