Renesas Electronics Corp. in Catania (Italy) is seeking a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to join the Power Product Group, Performance Computing Power Team. You will design and develop Smart Power Stages and Power Management ICs, and support product definition and testability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform circuit simulations, and participate in design reviews to ensure quality and reliability, while staying abreast of industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualificações

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Proficiency with Cadence design tools.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the design and development of Smart Power Stages and Power Management ICs.
• Design low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits (references, sensors, amplifiers, DACs/ADCs, LDOs, gate drivers).
• Collaborate with digital design, layout, and verification teams.
• Perform circuit simulations and analysis to optimize performance and reliability.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
