n8n is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own major areas of the Experience across the builder platform. You will translate user needs into polished product experiences, collaborate with Design and Engineering, and relentlessly reduce friction from idea to production.

You will align with customers and communities to drive product bets, metrics, and fast learning loops, shaping a scalable, AI-enabled automation platform for diverse users across Europe.

Competenze

• Proven product management experience shipping software in fast-moving environments.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, capable of moving from ambiguous problems to prototypes and shipped products.
• Strong product and UX judgment to simplify complex technical products.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, data flows, and working with engineers.
• Strong discovery skills to uncover user needs and translate into product decisions.
• Ability to define meaningful success metrics and analyze product behavior.
• Experience with AI-powered experiences and modern AI tools.
