Docebo is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to define product direction and tackle high-impact, ambiguous technical challenges across our ecosystem. You will design scalable systems powering AI-enabled learning for millions of users, mentoring engineers and raising engineering excellence across teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Design, and Engineers to influence roadmaps, implement AI-assisted development practices, and improve shipping speed and quality.

Competenze

• 10+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient systems across ecosystems.
• Mastery of AI-assisted development tools and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong proficiency with product analytics platforms and experimentation.
