Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Agentic Operations Analyst, Sales & Marketing, to identify where AI can automate and accelerate tasks, then build, deploy and support the solutions. This role combines hands-on automation with strategic advisory work, partnering with Revenue Operations and the sales field.

The ideal candidate ships practical automations, designs reusable patterns, and drives adoption across teams while navigating enterprise tooling, data handling, and security.

Competenze

• Hands-on shipping automations used daily, not prototypes.
• Practical work with LLMs, prompts, and agent frameworks in production.
• Python or similar, API integration, quick user-facing delivery.
• Experience with enterprise systems is a plus.
• Ability to identify automatable use cases without a backlog.
• Explain how automation is working and when to stop or escalate.
• Support users after go-live and raise capabilities.

• Identify AI use cases across Sales & Marketing operations.

• Own adoption: work with users, refine as needed.
