Accenture Napoli is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems across enterprises. You will lead technical design sessions with client teams, own LLMOps, and deliver reusable patterns that scale across engagements.

Role requires hands-on production experience with agentic orchestration and RAG pipelines, plus cloud-native skills (Kubernetes/Docker) and strong Python backend capability.

Formación

• Hands-on design and deployment of agentic AI solutions in production.
• Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Direct experience calling LLM APIs in production code with provider abstraction.
• Ownership of RAG pipelines (embeddings, chunking, vector databases).
• LLMOps fundamentals: eval harness, prompt versioning, observability.
• Cloud-native engineering: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, IaC.
• Strong Python and backend experience; production debugging/profiling.
• People leadership: managing engineers and career development.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and govern production-grade agentic systems at enterprise scale.
• Define RAG pipeline standards and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Set multi-LLM integration standards and cost governance.
• Own LLMOps strategy, including eval harness design and safety oversight.
• Lead client engagements, drive architecture sessions, and deliver PoCs.
• Publish reusable patterns and accelerators for scale across engagements.
• Define and present programme-level AI impact in business terms.
