TrueLayer is expanding its Agentic Engineering Enablement team to accelerate AI agent capabilities across the engineering org. You will own significant components of the agentic platform, from context engineering to evaluation systems and CI/CD, and help establish norms and best practices.

You will partner with the CTO, design scalable MCP servers, maintain internal tool libraries, and drive velocity through reusable golden paths and structured documentation.

Competenze

• 7+ years of software engineering with a focus on infrastructure or developer experience.
• Hands-on experience building agent systems and MCP servers.
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong written communication and ability to document complex workflows.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain the agent harness and internal tooling as infrastructure.
• Develop golden paths, starter templates, and reference workflows for agents.
• Evolve CI/CD pipelines to support multi-agent workloads and reduce latency.
• Design eval and oversight layers with health metrics and experiments.
• Contribute to team standards and share learnings across the org.
