Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to lead end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa's platform to complex environments.

You will design multi-system integrations, apply systems thinking, and shape the conversational layer using prompt engineering and LLM knowledge to deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions for global clients. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise roles with solution or systems architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations across CRMs, ERPs and ticketing systems.
• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML, API testing with Postman, and authentication (OAuth, API keys, JWT).
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments linking Parloa's platform to enterprise systems.
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs, solving multi-system data flows.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integration scenarios beyond standard capabilities.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance.
• Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute.
