Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures that connect Parloa's platform with complex enterprise environments. You will map integrations with CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems and apply systems thinking to build scalable AI solutions.

You will shape the conversational layer, translating requirements into agent behavior using prompt engineering and LLM knowledge. Experience in architecture, integration, and API design is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise solution architecture or integration roles.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs/ERPs).
• Ability to translate requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments linking Parloa to enterprise systems.
• Configure integrations using APIs and platforms; ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to resolve integration blockers.
