Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Agent Architect to design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI Agent deployments, connecting Parloa's platform with CRMs, ERPs and ticketing systems. You will shape the conversational layer through prompt engineering and ensure scalable, reliable AI solutions for global clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply testing best practices, and translate complex customer requirements into robust agent behaviors, including SSML and Lexicon

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with solution/ systems architecture experience.
• Experience with complex SaaS implementations (CRMs/ ERPs/ ticketing systems).
• Proficiency in REST API design and API authentication patterns (OAuth/JWT).
• Experience reading API docs and data transformation logic.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI Agent deployments connecting Parloa to enterprise systems.
• Build and configure integrations using platforms and APIs.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex integrations.
• Apply structured testing to validate architecture and AI agent performance.
• Translate customer workflows into structured conversational components for LLMs.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and SSML/Lexicons for brand alignment.
