Job summary

Reply, Inc. is seeking a senior AI architect to design cutting-edge GenAI architectures, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and multi-agent systems, for enterprise-scale deployments in Italy. The role emphasizes governance, MLOps/LLMOps, and collaboration with clients to implement scalable AI solutions.

You will mentor teams, guide AI strategy, and help shape Reply's enterprise AI offerings across Bologna and other Italian hubs.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience with Generative AI, RAG and AI agent orchestration.
• Experience in designing multi-agent systems and enterprise AI stacks with cloud security and governance.
• Hands-on with CI/CD for AI systems, monitoring, and scalability in MLOps/LLMOps contexts.
• Strong client-facing, consulting and collaborative skills.

Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B3 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 37,000€ to 65,000€. Previous e xperience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG and LLM Reasoning as well as in designing enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic background . You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.


• Expertise in Generative AI and Foundation Models. At least 3 years of experience with advanced generative models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent orchestration.


• Mastery of Agentic Systems and Enterprise Stack . Experience in designing multi-agent systems, integrating external tools and managing security (authentication, compliance and AI governance) in Cloud environments.


• MLOps/LLMOps Experience . Solid hands-on practice with CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, model monitoring and scalability.


• Consulting mindset. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
