Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B2 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 33,200€ to 65,000€. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Context Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), as well as in the development and optimization of Foundation Models and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic background. You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Cloud & Distributed Systems. You have knowledge of cloud ecosystems, microservices, and modern architectures for developing scalable and innovative solutions.
• Data & LLM Architectures. You have experience with data lakes, data platforms, and LLM architectures, transforming data and AI models into concrete business solutions.
• Consulting mindset. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
