Sarai coinvolto nello sviluppo di sistemi multi-agente, nella progettazione di architetture per agenti autonomi e nella collaborazione con team multidisciplinari.

Qualifications

• Background accademico in CS/CE/TE o campo correlato.
• >=3 anni di esperienza in sviluppi basati su LLM e GenAI.
• Padronanza di Python, JavaScript, TypeScript o Rust.
• Mentalità di consulenza con esperienza a contatto col cliente.

Responsibilities

• Sviluppare ecosistemi di agenti multi-agente che collaborano e interagiscono con strumenti esterni.
• Progettare l'orchestrazione di sistemi IA complessi, combinando modelli, dati e servizi.
• Lavorare con tecnologie all'avanguardia in contesti reali e complessi.

Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B3 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 37,000€ to 65,000€. Previous experience in designing and developing applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs) will be considered a strong asset, particularly in the areas of multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), agent memory architectures, and agent evaluation and observability techniques.

WHAT WE NEED

• Academic background. You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with GenAI. You have at least 3 years of experience in developing applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and are familiar with frameworks, patterns, and techniques for building agentic systems, AI workflows, and the orchestration of models and tools.
• Engineering Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust. You have the foundational knowledge to use Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Consulting mindset. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
