Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across channels.
- Proficiency with reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
- Ability to optimize processes for performance and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, informing and supporting them.
- Oversee onboarding of new affiliates for smooth integration.
- Monitor affiliate performance and ROI with regular reports.
- Analyze results to identify improvement opportunities and scale campaigns.
- Research and recruit new affiliates and partners to expand the network.
- Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for high conversions.
- Regularly review and improve affiliate processes and communication.
