Job summary

EverAI in Italy is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead our global affiliate program while working fully remotely within the country.

You will manage relationships, onboarding, performance reporting, and recruitment of new affiliates to scale ROI. The role requires 5+ years in affiliate marketing and proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Excel, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics on diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials).

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.

Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you’ll be doing:
