UNDP Rome Centre seeks a Senior Advisor to provide high‑level policy and political guidance to UNDP leadership in Italy, coordinating with government counterparts and international partners. The role focuses on strategic engagement, mobilizing resources and shaping development partnerships in line with UNDP’s mandate.

The incumbent leads cross‑functional teams, represents UNDP in political negotiations and supports the Centre’s governance framework and partnerships with Italian authorities, G7

Competenze

• Advanced degree in international relations, development or related field.
• Experience in high-level political engagement and policy dialogue.
• Strong understanding of international development frameworks and EU/EC initiatives.

• Lead political and strategic advisory functions for UNDP leadership in Italy.
