Luxottica is seeking an AME Process Engineer to industrialize new wearable and smart electronic products at the Agordo site, on rotating shifts. You will define robust processes, validate parameters and work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Engineering to ensure repeatable, efficient manufacturing.
The role requires 5+ years in process engineering within assembly or high-precision environments, plus hands-on glue dispensing and bonding expertise.

Your role
We are looking for an AME Process Engineer to support the industrialization of innovative products, from early product development and process definition to trial builds, validation and production ramp-up. The role is based at our Agordo site and will be organized on shifts.
The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing process engineering, NPI or assembly environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to define robust, repeatable and efficient production processes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
