Job summary

Xaba Inc. is a remote-first, distributed company pushing the boundaries of AI-driven robotics. We seek a Senior 3D Developer to help visualize industrial manipulators and AGVs with high fidelity and interactivity.

You will build robust 3D simulations, optimize graphics pipelines, and work with designers and engineers across multiple locations to deliver cutting-edge generative design tools.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related disciplines, or equivalent industry experience.
• Fluent in 3D graphics principles including mesh creation, transformations, scenes, shaders.
• Understanding of the full software development cycle and 3D graphics stack.
• Knowledge of linear algebra for computer graphics.
• Experience using automated testing and CI frameworks.
• Exposure to software product development and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect industrial 3D visualizations for high-fidelity interactive environments.
• Develop 3D simulations reflecting robotic kinematics and spatial dynamics.
• Lead graphics optimization including shaders, memory management, and draw-call reduction.
• Collaborate with designers and software engineers across locations.
