Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is seeking a skilled 3D Design & Animation Expert to craft realistic 3D tasks for evaluating AI agents. You will model, texture, light, and animate scenes, ensuring high-quality production workflows and clear documentation.

As part of a small creative team, you will develop reference scenes, set evaluation criteria, and review AI-generated assets to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in 3D Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, Game Development, Design, or related field.
• Substantial professional experience in 3D modeling, animation, visual effects, or digital asset production.
• Strong proficiency with major 3D production tools (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Houdini).
• Solid understanding of 3D geometry, materials, lighting, and rendering workflows.
• Ability to interpret briefs, specs, and production requirements.
• Experience handling complex project files and structured pipelines.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to technical detail.
• Clear documentation of workflows and decisions, in English.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic 3D production tasks based on modeling, animation, rendering, and VFX workflows.
• Create/modify 3D models, materials, textures, lighting, and scene composition.
• Develop tasks involving mesh editing, UV mapping, rigging, animation, and asset prep.
• Prepare/validate technical specs for 3D assets (dimensions, topology, formats, rendering).
• Review existing project files for errors, missing assets, or broken materials.
• Develop reference scenes and outputs showing correct completion.
• Define objective evaluation criteria for geometry, structure, and asset completeness.
• Collaborate with team to build reproducible creative workflows and tasks.
