Xaba Inc. is seeking an Applied Robotics Engineer to contribute to AI-driven robotics automation.

You will work closely with leadership to advance products, collaborate with engineers on development, testing, and deployment of AI models for industrial robotics cognition and program generation. The role emphasizes hands-on robotics design, manufacturing knowledge, and customer-focused implementation within a remote-first, distributed team based globally; location near Padova, Italy is preferred

Competenze

• Experience with industrial robot manipulators (ABB, FANUC, UR, KUKA, etc.).
• Hands-on design, building and deploying robotic systems.
• Practical knowledge of welding, machining, assembling, or inspection.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Mansioni

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to develop and deploy AI-powered robotics solutions.
• Support testing, validation, and data gathering for robotics processes.
