Belmond is seeking an inspirational F&B leader to oversee all outlets and kitchens, delivering exceptional guest experiences and profitability. You will set strategic direction, drive quality, and ensure health and safety compliance across the estate.

You will manage budgets, forecast performance, and lead a high-performing team while partnering with suppliers to elevate offerings and guest satisfaction at scale.

Competenze

• Proven leadership of large F&B teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial management skills.
• Experience driving guest satisfaction metrics (NPS, LQA).
